MULTIPLE TEETH
REPLACEMENT
If you are missing multiple teeth an implant supported bridge can replace multiple teeth. Often, only two implants are required to replace several teeth. The implants will preserve bone in the area. The adjacent teeth will not need to be cut down as they would for a traditional bridge. The implant retained bridge will also be secured permanently compared to a removable partial denture.

All-on-4 Technique
The All-on-4 is based on Nobel Biocare’s revolutionary immediate function capability that is specifically designed for people with dentures or in need of full upper and/or lower teeth. All-on-4 qualified patients receive four implants and a full set of new replacement teeth per arch, usually in just one appointment (after the initial consultation) often without bone grafts. The major benefit to the All-on-4 procedure is how quickly dentures can be replaced with permanent implants and teeth.

Zygomatic Implants are an alternative technique for grafting procedures such as sinus lifting and block grafting. The procedure involves anchoring implants in the check bone, giving a very high success rate and high implant stability. A fixed set of teeth can be secured to these implants. Sinus Lift
A sinus lift surgery adds bone to the upper jaw in the area of the molars and pre-molars. Unfortunately, sometimes there is not enough bone present to place implants in this area. The bone graft material is precisely placed between the upper jaw bone and the maxillary sinus. To make room for the bone graft the sinus membrane is gently “lifted up”.
Ridge Augmentation
Ridge augmentation is frequently completed at the time of tooth extraction or when teeth are already missing. The procedure is sometimes necessary to prepare the jaw bone for future implant placement. The alveolar ridge is the bone that surrounds the roots of natural teeth. When the tooth is lost, the alveolar ridge has a tendency to resorb with a decrease in its height and width. A ridge augmentation procedure places graft material in the area of the defect to create the necessary foundation for placement of dental implants.
